Order FAQs

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it may be canceled at the customer's request and a full refund will be issued. If an order has been processed and/or shipped prior to the cancellation request, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Price Adjustments
We do not adjust for price changes and we do not price match. Once an order is placed, all pricing is final and will not be adjusted after payment has been processed. 

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for any questions regarding damages or other order issues.
